Student Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct at Crestridge Western College defines the standards of behavior, mutual respect, and responsibilities expected from all participants, including instructors, in our educational and certification programs. This Code is applicable to both virtual and in-person learning environments. Any breach of these responsibilities may lead to immediate removal from Crestridge Western College programs.

All individuals, including instructors, are required to uphold a respectful, civil, inclusive, and diverse environment that promotes opportunity and mutual respect.

This Code applies to everyone participating in educational or training courses and certification programs offered by Crestridge Western College. It is the responsibility of participants to thoroughly review, understand, and follow the Code of Conduct.

Violations of the Code

The following behaviors are considered violations of the Code and are strictly prohibited:

  • • Assaulting, harassing, intimidating, or threatening individuals or groups.
  • • Compromising the health or safety of others.
  • • Stealing, damaging, defacing, or misusing property belonging to Crestridge Western College or others.
  • • Providing false information to the College or falsifying, altering, or misusing documents or records.
  • • Assisting, encouraging, or conspiring in any prohibited activities.
  • • Failing to comply with disciplinary actions outlined under this Code.

Consequences for Violations

Consequences for violations may include, but are not limited to:

  • • A formal written warning or reprimand.
  • • A public or private apology.
  • • Restriction or denial of access to Crestridge Western College courses or programs.
  • • Forfeiture of fees.
